¿Cómo se realizan las construcciones?

En Saja S.L. tenemos una gran experiencia en el sector de la construcción. Por ello, queremos acercarte un poco más a nuestro trabajo. Empezaremos en este post, hablando sobre las construcciones.

¿Qué pasos se tienen que seguir para realizar una construcción?

1- Elegir el terreno: para saber si el terreno escogido es el adecuado, la herramienta utilizada es el topógrafo.

2- Limpiar el terreno: en este paso se tienen que eliminar los obstáculos que dificulten la construcción, como árboles y rocas.

3- Excavar: se procede a excavar el agujero donde irán los cimientos correspondientes. En caso necesario, se dejará espacio suficiente para sótanos o garajes.

4- Realizar la cimentación: sobre los cimientos recae todo lo restante. Para elegir un tipo u otro de cimientos, se tendrá en cuenta el tipo de suelo y el clima.

5- Realizar la fundición: es como se denomina a la pared que sostiene el primer piso. En este proceso, se tendrá que llevar a cabo la impermeabilización de las paredes de los cimientos para reducir todo lo posible la acumulación de agua.

6- Construir el esqueleto: en este paso se construyen los suelos, las paredes y lo techos.

7- Instalar la fontanería, electricidad y climatización: finalizado el paso anterior, se procede a introducir todas las instalaciones de fontanería y electricidad, así como ventilación, alcantarillado y suministros de agua.

8- Instalar el aislamiento: este paso sirve para dar al edificio el clima interior deseado. Para ello, hay que aislar las paredes y plantas superiores al sótano.

9- Llevar a cabo los acabados: instalar puertas, zócalos, ventanas, etc.

10- Finalizar la obra: se reúnen todos los implicados en dicha construcción para valorar las condiciones y cumplimiento de todos los requisitos.
